Eastern Redbud

When seen from afar the Eastern Redbud appears to have blossoms along every inch of its branches.


As you get closer the branches looks like this.





Eventually beautiful heart-shaped leaves appear.

    Remember when the pine tree fell when Dad and I were gone? We planted the Eastern Redbud and a Magnolia tree in that bed in the corner near Kay's garage.
